Use of these Internet pages provided by Bison ITS and/or its subsidiaries is solely permissible based on these conditions of use. Upon login or – if no special login is required – upon initiating use, the user accepts the validity of these conditions in their respective form.

 

2. Content of the Bison ITS website
Bison ITS accepts no liability for the validity, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Bison ITS offers no assurance or guarantee whatsoever regarding the accuracy or reliability of information and content that is contained on this website, passed on through this website, or downloaded from, referred to or accessed via this website.
All claims for liability against Bison ITS in relation to material or intangible damages arising from the use or non-use of the information supplied or from the use of erroneous or incomplete information are hereby excluded, unless in cases of demonstrable wilful or gross negligence on the part of Bison ITS. Bison ITS expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete any or all of the information offered on its website, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication thereof without specific notification. Bison ITS may deny access to the Bison ITS website at any time, in particular if the user breaches any obligation arising from these conditions of use.

 

3. Limitation of liability for references and links
No liability shall exist in respect of direct or indirect links to external websites for which Bison ITS is not responsible, except where Bison ITS had knowledge of their contents and of such contents being illegal and failed to take prompt action to remove the information or block access, provided that this was technically possible and could reasonably be expected.

 

Bison ITS expressly declares that, before it created the links, it verified the content referred to in the links and no unlawful content was visible on the linked websites at that time. Bison ITS has no influence whatsoever on the current or future presentation, content or the authorship of the linked websites.

 

Bison ITS therefore expressly and earnestly disassociates itself from all content on all linked websites that has been subject to alteration since the links were created.

Except for the rights of use and other rights expressly granted herein, no other rights shall be granted to the user nor shall any duty be implied to grant rights to, such as, but not limited to, the company name or to industrial property rights such as patents, utility models or brands.

 

6. Legal validity, place of jurisdiction and applicable law
a) If parts of or individual phrases in these conditions of use do not, no longer or do not fully comply with current legislation, the remaining parts shall remain unaffected by this in their content and validity.
b) The place of jurisdiction shall be Sursee (Switzerland).
c) Swiss law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts of the International Sale of Goods.
